I launched my first digital product last year and BY FAR the most annoying and time-consuming part was creating content.
Content for Instagram. Content for Pinterest. Blogs. Pins. Stories. 1:1, 9:16—ahh!
Recently, I realized I’ve been making a big mistake in wasting time in Canva. The design part is so fun that I could spend hours looking at templates and creating designs.
I needed to stop reinventing the wheel and go back to the basics. I chose 3-5 template styles, put them in a folder, and boom. Those are my covers for Instagram reels.
The varied colors mean there’s variety in my feed. I can drop in a photo for variety with needed. No stress, no thinking, just getting the task checked off.
Make sure your posts have text that’s readable on the explore feed and matches your brand and you’ll be good to go!
Comment below what your biggest struggle is with creating content in Canva, and I’ll weigh in!
